Trigger Points are the highly irritable spots in muscle and fascia that when "firing" cause muscles to spasm, resulting in pain. This workshop will focus on Upper Body (4/4/03) & Lower Body (4/11/03) trigger-point patterns that cause neck, shoulder, face, head and thoracic complaints of pain.
